Residential Interior Design & Renovations
The studio provides full-service residential interior design and renovation management, from initial concepts and technical documentation through contractor coordination, construction oversight, and final installation. The agreed project scope sets out which services each project includes. It works with homeowners planning substantial renovations, including luxury homes, complete interior transformations and major condo renovations, in Toronto, North York and the Greater Toronto Area.

The studio has handled a new-build residence and a residential renovation from concept through completion. The studio also designs full-home and gut renovations and condominium renovations and, where renovation management is part of the engagement, manages the renovation process through completion.
Parishi meets clients at their homes. Scope, budget and travel arrangements are discussed at the initial consultation and confirmed in your proposal.

The design is developed in detail, such as furniture and lighting layouts and design-intent drawings for kitchens and bathrooms.

Parishi Design Studio offers full-service commercial interior design for offices and workplaces, retail spaces, restaurants and hospitality projects across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.

Concepts, Drawings and Visualizations
The design process can include concept drawings, space planning, mood boards and storyboards, CAD drawings, 3D drawings and visualizations, and SketchUp models.
Procurement, Coordination and Installation
The studio can handle procurement, contractor and trade coordination, and final installation as part of the agreed scope. If you prefer to use your existing contractor or trades, Parishi works with that team.

Parishi Yagnik brings personal experience across more than 200 projects, combining architectural education at Oxford Brookes University with interior design, floor planning, AutoCAD and rendering skills. Parishi founded Parishi Design Studio in 2015.
With over a decade of experience across residential, hospitality and commercial design, the studio creates considered interiors for clients across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.

If your project proceeds, the consultation fee may be credited toward a subsequent design agreement, subject to confirmation.
